"When our view of reality is challenged, it can be traumatic.” In this conversation, Abram, Creek, and Drew talk with Jason Adam Miller (aka “J”), Lead Pastor of South Bend City Church. He offers brilliant and accessible insight into the roles that faith, belief, and tension play in life and encountering the enneagram. In this interview, Jason conveys a wise and caring way of holding space for doubt, tension, and questioning while still offering hope. [He also talks about pastoring a congregation amid this current wave of enneagram popularity.]

What makes this reality different than the last or more trustworthy? Thank you in advance :)

Based on your analogy of looking at our beliefs of reality as scaffolding and seeing them as not useful anymore or as only part of our lives but not as reality anymore. What would that new reality be? What would make this new found reality worth perusing? How do I know that I am walking toward a reality that is only based on what my new beliefs are? And how do I know that does beliefs are not also based on people’s opinions or new knowledge that is of human nature?

I hope someone take the time to answer my question. Hopefully Jason Miller since he is the one that was talking about it.
